Delivery & Returns
For orders placed on www.flexel.co.uk
Delivery throughout mainland UK a fixed fee of £10.00 on all orders or FREE if your order total (Ex VAT) is more than £150.00. For orders outside UK mainland please contact us prior to placing any order online.
The delivery charges are imposed by our carriers and all carriage charges relate to a single consignment or order.
METHOD OF DESPATCH
All orders are despatched by a recognised road carrier or courier unless otherwise agreed.
The service used, unless otherwise agreed, is overnight/ next working day delivery for all existing stock product.
Our Infrared Heaters are manufactured to order so sometimes stock levels are low. Please call 01592 760928 to discuss stock levels to avoid delay in getting your order.
Timed next day deliveries are not currently available.
NOTE: We cannot be held responsible for the carrier not delivering on time.
RECEIPT OF CONSIGNMENT
All deliveries by the carrier must be signed for (appropriate COVID rules by the carrier will apply). If there is no one at the destination to receive the goods, the consignment will not be delivered and a card will be left advising what action should be taken.
SAME DAY DESPATCH
To ensure same day dispatch for existing stock items, orders must be received by 1pm. To confirm current stock levels please call 01592 760928 prior to placing your order to avoid any potential delays.
Any goods not required, for any reason, may be returned within 14 days from receipt, at customer’s cost, for full credit (excluding carriage and packing charges) providing they are received in perfect condition, in original packaging and suitable for re-sale. All returns must be accompanied by a returns authorisation number before returning any goods, failure to obtain the returns authorisation number will delay any replacements or credit being issued.
To confirm your return and obtain an authorisation number you must call us on 01592 760928 prior to returning any goods to us. Custom/ bespoke made items are not returnable unless faulty.
All returns are tested before a refund or exchange is authorised.
