EcoFloor Mat and EcoFlex Kit Lifetime Warranty Registration

Flexel International Ltd is a trusted provider of radiant heating products and these products are guaranteed to be reliable under normal use, maintenance and subject to the limitations and conditions noted in each product's instruction manuals.

In addition to our standard warranty length for a variety of our products ranging from 2 to 10 years, we also off a Lifetime Warranty for our EcoFloor (LDTS Mats) and our EcoFlex Cable Kits (CK). To obtain your Lifetime Warranty we require you to complete the form below to apply for warranty coverage for your Flexel products.

There is no requirement to complete this form for any other Flexel products as the warranty paperwork in the product boxes is your warranty for each individual product. Please complete these and retain for future use.

The warranty period for all other products is stated on the appropriate product pages within this website.
